Look to the right. That picture captures Gladscience at it’s core. That is me, your author, suffering insomnia, and indulging in nature. Photography brought me closer to the universe around me. That photo took 25 seconds to capture. 25 seconds is a more time than it seems. After the first five seconds, busy thoughts fade away. I am left with twenty seconds savoring the sky and landscape. That appreciation is what I hope to share with you.

Beyond the drive to share beauty is the inexplicable creative compulsion. There is a rush to carefully tweaking a kick drum or debugging a bit of software. There is a feverish impulse urging the realization of a client’s vision into a tangible and interactive reality. Behind the creativity, joy, and science is curiosity.
